What size implants will make me look natural and not too big?
Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the correct category for this question, I hope I don't offend anyone. I'm going for a breast augmentation in 2 weeks and I can't decide on how many cc's I should get. I am 29 yrs old 5'7" I weight 130 lbs and my measurements are 34a-28-38. I have pretty broad shoulders and I do work out on a regular basis so I guess you can say I have an athletic build but I am not bulky looking at all.. more toned. I was told by my doc that 400ccs would look good on me and that would give me a full c cup but I'm afraid that 400 is too big. I want to look natural and not ridiculous, but he says they would look natural. I have yet to find any pics of a girl with my measurements with 400 ccs. Not saying that I want pics from anyone!! LOL! Just want to know what you think/experienced.

How to pick a plastic Surgeon?
After wanting for years, I made the decision to move forward with a breast augmentation. After having a consultation with ( what I thought) was a respectable institution and choosing a doctor I felt confident with, I may have been mistaken.
Recently I met a friend who had the same procedure and after having a long conversation both her and another person advised me *not* to go with the surgeon I intended. Although I am keen about not letting others changing your mind without a good argument, the more she spoke about him, the more I did feel less confident with my decision Thinking back on when I did meet him, I really don't' feel as though he connected with me and my husband, especially for someone I was trusting to cut me open. Sure the before/after pictures were great, but really, I remember more of a business transaction and information about the surgery, more than I can remember his own face...that's probably not good.
After this I have been having second thoughts. Her main piece of advice is " Research more". But how?
When looking for a good plastic surgeon, what should I look for? I tried looking up bad reviews for the doctor I originally wanted to use, but there are virtually none. So Im definitely in between. Consultations do not run cheap, and this is a very expensive ( and life changing procedure) so I want to make sure I can go with someone I can trust.
Are there any sites I can use to look up top surgeons, and when looking up their information, are there specific things I should look for? Are there any places I can visit for an in depth recommendation about the person, possibly a surgeon's board, or even a forum?
What kind of questions should I be asking, and although I am fine not getting a cheap deal and paying a larger price, if I find a doctor im comfortable with, but is cheap, is that a red flag?
Also, if you can recommend a great plastic surgeon in the Sacramento/ Roseville/ Folsom area, I would love to hear more about that.

Are Kim Kardashian's boobs and butt real or fake?
There are some resource saying she admitted her butt to be fake - (surgery). But she said her boobs are 100% real.
I'd like to hear from girls (guys may say what you think too), cuz girls are more clear about this.
I think her boobs are also fake. there are pictures where you can clearly see the space between her two boobs. If those are natural fat, they would connect, instead of an obvious space between them.
They look real compared to most fake breasts because she did not have small breasts before the surgery. After the surgery there are still the natural fat that covers whatever she picked for augmentation.
